Eartha Morris, EVP and COO, Congressional Bank

Eartha Morris rejoined Congressional Bank in 2019 with 30 plus years of demonstrated success in leading and managing financial institutions specializing in the area of Bank Operations.  She has a proven track record of transforming financial institutions, delivering innovative products and services, increasing revenue, growth and operational efficiency.

Eartha has gained a reputation of being a strategic visionary, innovative leader, and problem solver. She is highly effective in cultivating partnerships that produces profitable and lasting relationships. She has successfully led multiple bank acquisitions, system conversions, enterprise risk management, project management, information security and response programs, business continuity, change leadership, and enterprise-wide process re-engineering efforts.

Eartha has served on the Boards of ITNCharleston Trident; President and Board Member for the American Institute of Banking ( AIB); Board member for the Dialogue on Diversity, Caribbean Business Association, and Junior Achievement of the National Capital area.

Eartha holds a BS degree in Business Administration and an MBA  from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Eartha is a certified Business Continuity Professional

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Sessions generally will be cancelled only for inclement weather. If the U.S. Government closes due to severe weather, the session will be cancelled. Every effort will be made to notify registered participants of the cancellation by email. In the event of advance payments, participants may request funds be applied to the next upcoming meeting provided 48 hours of notification are given.

Complaints should be directed to the Education Committee at education@gwafp.org; if resolution cannot be achieved at this level, the complaint will be reviewed by the Executive Committee.
